Gentle exercise and Yoga movements

During a chair based class we start with a very gentle warm up whilst putting emphasis on breath work. We then go through some basic and very gentle exercises and Yoga inspired movements to help with improving circulation and promoting better breathing habits. The class is very gentle and we finish off with a lovely relaxing guided meditation. The idea is to quiet the brain so the residents can rest and relax while in an awake state.
