Nursery and Schools
A growing body of research has already shown that Movement and mindfulness practices such as Yoga and Pilates can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children.
A typical class consists of starting with a gentle warm up followed by a sequence of active Yoga inspired poses. We then learn about and practice different calming mindfulness techniques. We also play a variety of games and quizzes, so there is lots of fun learning and engagement.
My classes can last roughly 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on the requirements of the Nursery / School.
