My name is Devon and I am the founder of Bind Body and Mind, a wellness organisation dedicated to promoting mental and physical well-being through a variety of mindfulness-based services such as seated yoga, mindfulness movement classes and relaxing meditative painting classes.

Yoga Class

Working with over 20 residential Care Homes!

Working with over 20 Care Homes on a regular basis, providing seated yoga and relaxing meditative painting classes to hundreds of care home residents on a weekly basis. Seated Yoga gives residents all the health benefits that a normal yoga practice does. The benefits include muscle toning, reduced stress levels, better breathing habits, better sleep and an overall sense of well-being. 
We finish of our classes with a guided Meditation which is an excellent way to increase attention span, increase mood and help ease physical and emotional distress and just a lovely way to end the class. 

Relaxing Meditative Painting: Combining the therapeutic benefits of art and meditation, our meditative painting classes encourage participants to express their creativity while entering a state of deep relaxation. This practice helps to quiet the mind, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of inner peace.

We aim to make all our classes inclusive and engaging for all, With our Yoga inspired movement classes, multiple variations are taught, allowing the practices of Yoga inspired movement to be enjoyed by all.

Nurseries /Pre Schools
Little children and their teacher practicing yoga

A growing body of research has already shown that movement and mindfulness practices can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children. We provide 
fun movement and mindfulness classes that include mindfulness games and exercises that are designed to help children learn about the world around them whilst also enjoying a gentle form of Yoga and basic exercise. These classes are proving to be extremely popular with children.
